This is the highway over the mountains from Fresno to Monterey. nice drive cept it is the only path over the mountians for many miles and I was afraid if something happened it would take me a long time to get back...well something did happen and on the way back it took me 2.5 hours to go 5 miles... california - you can have it.... I just decided sitting around for another day was boring so I took out for monterey bay...150 miles but 4hrs one way - actually took me 6 to get back...but fun stuff anyway ..Monterey Bay shore. it was 63 and overcast so not many were out for the day - just us tourists!

This is Monterey Bay - Fisherman's Wharf. Lots of neat little shops and many places to eat,,fresh fish everywhere - if you like that sort of stuff... pretty little town though. Cloudy all day on the coast.

Big Yosemite falls... after my visit to Yosemite I drove to Fresno. Spending a few days here waiting for the 7th reservation at Sequoia National Park.... Went to see Cowboys and Aliens tonight.
