heading home

I've had a good rest in OK. and a lot of good eating today. I got my VW juiced up with my 10k milage work here in Tulsa. They did a good job of cleaning all the bug life off the front and I feel good with new oil - ready to head on home - but wait - what is that that I see on the map - hey -its Branson MO - surely I cant pass that up...just another day - or two... onward!!!!

Well this was my free room in San Antonio - great place -hot but fun. I tried to make it to OK city but it was the worst traffic so far on my trip--from San Antonio through FT Worth..crazy traffic. in Ft Worth my phone said 102 but my car said 136...no kidding...I think my car was trying to talk to me - Get me off this stupid road!! I stopped as I crossed the OK boarder.. Will try and end up in Tulsa Friday night.. and spend a few days with Karen.....

Fun place to hang out - if youre a freekin lizard... I toughed it out though and walked quite a bit of it then went in the mall and had dinner at Mortons.....mmmmm
